A moderated list means that each mail is checked before being sent to the list, unmoderated, they just go straight through. Each list has a character of it's own. Unmoderated C#Builder Dr.Bob's C#Builder Visions mailing list (unmoderated Yahoo!Groups) can be used to ask questions and post announcements related to Borland C#Builder. Delphi related Newsgroups Apart from the private Borland User Group Newsgroups, there are several other Delphi related newsgroups. Marco Cantù has created a web front end for Delphi related groups (covering third party tools and related technologies).
